Role Overview:
As the Asst. Manager - Analytical Support, you will manage and guide a small team, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and accurate handling of financial data. You will act as the bridge between the Data Team and the Rating Analysis team, oversee mandates and perform initial-level financial data analysis. This role is key to ensuring our data processes are structured & reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients for financial data collection, clarifications and follow-ups
- Oversee data-related mandates and ensure timely completion
- Conduct initial-level financial data analysis and review team outputs
- Maintain data quality, consistency and documentation for internal use
- Lead and manage the Data team
Qualifications:
- M.Com/B.Com/BBA with at least 3 - 5 years of experience
- Prior experience with any credit rating agency is mandatory
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Accounting Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication
- Excel & Google Sheets proficiency (data entry, sorting, filtering, simple formula)
- Leadership qualities and ability to guide a small team
