Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, executing customer engagement campaigns, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves analyzing customer data, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other customer engagement campaigns.
Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Support sales and marketing teams with customer data and insights.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Identify opportunities for customer upselling and cross-selling.
Execute loyalty campaigns, offers, and reward activities.
Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to implement loyalty initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
