Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract (C2C), W2, and Direct Client (D2C) requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the recruitment process through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working with C2C and Direct Client (D2C) requirements.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
