KBS Junior Process Agent (PO Management – Sourcing Operations) Key Responsibilities:
- Create, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) in line with internal policies.
- Process and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and convert them into POs within agreed SLAs.
- Process supplier confirmations in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Generate reports and perform data analysis to support procurement decisions.
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement-related queries and requirements.
- Support Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR) processes to ensure 3-way matching and timely payment.
- Identify automation opportunities within procurement workflows and support implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- SAP & ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in SAP procurement modules (MM) or similar ERP platforms.
- Automation & Digital Skills:
- Basic knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) or workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of process automation concepts and ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of macros, VBA, or low-code/no-code automation tools is an advantage.
- Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end procurement lifecycle and 3-way matching process.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Data Accuracy & Management: Ability to handle large volumes of procurement data with high accuracy.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data trends and suggest process improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: Preferred in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
