Role Summary
The Business Development Head is responsible for driving company growth through strategic partnerships, revenue generation, market expansion, client acquisition, and business development initiatives. The role involves leading sales teams, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Specifically in Education Industry (Schools,Diploma College,ITI Institute , Engineering Colleges and Training Institute)
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion plans
- Lead and manage sales and business development teams
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and strategic partners
- Achieve revenue targets and monitor sales performance metrics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans for clients
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for business execution
- Drive channel partner and franchise development activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve client retention strategies
