Position: Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, site coordination, and project documentation while ensuring design quality and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
- Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions as per project requirements.
- Prepare working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, and project coordination.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and design revisions.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0 – 2 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Knowledge of building materials and design principles.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
