We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Officer to ensure the highest standard of quality is maintained in our socks manufacturing process. As a key member of the quality team, you will be responsible for inspecting materials, products, and production processes, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine checks of finished socks for defects, size, color, stitching, and packaging standards. Ensure products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Regularly inspect and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Detect defects during production (e.g., loose threads, improper stitching, inconsistent patterns) and inform the production manager. Collaborate with the production team to develop solutions for recurring issues. Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and reports for auditing purposes. Ensure all necessary certifications and reports are up-to-date. Help develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Work closely with designers, production, and procurement teams to provide quality feedback and recommendations. Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health guidelines during production processes.
