Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:
1. Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
3. Maintain office records and files.
4. Provide administrative support to the management team.
Accounting:
1. Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Maintain general ledger and prepare financial statements.
3. Prepare and file tax returns.
4. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
