- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's medical condition and doctor's instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Maintain proper infection control practices and ensure a clean, safe patient environment.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the physician and care coordinator.
- Educate patients and family members on medication, nutrition, hygiene, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and submit daily care reports.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care while respecting patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Follow all company policies, ethical standards, and professional nursing guidelines at all times.
