Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand the sales of our Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) business in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing distributors, increasing market coverage, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Generate new business from Retail, Packaged Drinking water, and Institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market expansion.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages.
- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata market.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
