- Key Responsibilities
- Quadient Inspire Development Scaling
- Design develop and enhance document templates and communication journeys using Quadient Inspire for high volume scalable delivery
- Build reusable components styles and modular template structures to improve maintainability and speed of delivery
- Configure and optimize batch and on demand output generation for print and digital channels while meeting performance SLAs
- Integration Data Quality
- Integrate data sources and transform input data to support personalized content rendering and accurate output formatting
- Troubleshoot composition issues layout defects data mapping errors and output inconsistencies provide root cause fixes
- Partner with QA to define test cases validate output accuracy and ensure regression coverage for template changes
- Collaboration Delivery Excellence
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements propose template approaches and estimate effort for enhancements and releases
- Maintain documentation for templates components data mappings and deployment processes to support team scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending best practices for versioning template governance and release readiness
- AI Enabled Enhancements
- Support initiatives that apply AI to improve content quality validation and automation within CCM workflows
- Assist in exploring AI driven approaches for anomaly detection in output intelligent content suggestions and improved data checks
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA
- 3 5 years of experience in CCM document composition with strong hands on expertise in Quadient Inspire
- Proven ability to build and scale templates components for high volume communications with strong attention to detail
- Experience troubleshooting template layout and data mapping issues and delivering fixes with quality and speed
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and ability to support AI enabled improvements in communication workflows
