Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining records, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role demands excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s or Master Degree.
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day office administration and facility management.
– Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
– Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel, and logistics.
– Monitor office supplies and place procurement orders when needed.
– Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as required.
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
– Support HR, Finance, or other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Time management and multitasking ability.
