Role Overview:
As our HR Intern, you won't just be assisting. you will be taking hands-on ownership of our core internal systems. This is a highly versatile, hybrid role where tech meets creativity. You will manage our end-to-end employee lifecycle using our CRM platform, while simultaneously helping us build a vibrant company culture and a strong digital employer brand on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
1) System & CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM platform to track candidate pipelines, manage employee data, and streamline daily operational workflows.
2) End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing top talent, scheduling interviews, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, and managing smooth offboarding.
3) Employer Branding & Social Media: Manage Etherick's professional social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase our company culture, share milestones, and visually design attractive job postings.
4) Content Creation: Utilize creative design tools (like Canva) to draft engaging internal newsletters, team announcements, and external hiring content.
5) Culture & Engagement: Brainstorm and execute virtual and in-person team-building activities to keep our hybrid team connected, motivated, and engaged. Requirements & Qualifications
6) Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (or in the final semester) from a recognized university. Technical Savvy: Strong comfort level and proficiency with CRM systems, data tracking, and modern workplace tools.
7) Digital Skills: Prior experience or active interest in social media management, basic content creation, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
8) Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural bridge-builder between management and the team.
9) Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,999.00 - ₹24,275.00 per month
