About the Position:
- Analyze, and Resolve Tally software issues reported by Accountants, CAs, and end users
- Provide Software support, software configuration, implementation, and user training for Tally Assist customers through telephonic support, remote desktop tools, and on-site visits
- Support activities related to data backup, restore, migration, and software updates
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex application-level issues
- Interact with business owners and IT professionals to understand business workflows and system requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
