About the Role
Sun Chem India is looking for a Business Development Executive to lead business growth in the Private Labeling and Contract Manufacturing segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, key account management, and revenue generation within the cosmetics, personal care, or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for private labeling and contract manufacturing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients while expanding existing business opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Purchase, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide regular sales forecasts and business performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Private Labeling or Contract Manufacturing.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles and close high-value business deals.
- Excellent communication, business development, and strategic planning skills.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
