Job ResponsibilitiesProduction Supervisor
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and quality departments for smooth production.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
In-Process Quality Engineer
- Perform in-process quality inspections during manufacturing.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Eligibility
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience are eligible to apply.
