Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up with customers regarding sales, service, and feedback
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Conduct customer follow-up calls and reminders
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-working skills
Work Location: In person
