Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent
Experience: 3 - 5 years in hospital HR (NABH exposure preferred)
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain HR records and documentation as per NABH standards
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support NABH audits and maintain required documentation
- Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and staff engagement
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management
