As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that may include chemical, thermal, and mechanical elements. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely resolution of issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize network configurations and performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices in implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
