The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for overseeing and driving the overall sales performance, operational efficiency, and business growth of the organization. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing departmental heads and teams, ensuring target achievement, strengthening customer relationships, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage sales teams, including Team Leaders, Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers, and CRM teams.
- Monitor overall sales performance and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Review sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and business reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project launches, promotional activities, and sales campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure effective coordination among sourcing, closing, CRM, finance, and operations departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate business strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance productivity and team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales and operations, with 3–5 years in a managerial leadership role.
