Position: Store Manager / Store Incharge
Location: Devpuri, Raipur
Salary: Hike on current salary (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Handle material inward and outward processes with proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, dispatches, and stock movements.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse/store management or inventory operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices.
- Experience in handling material inward/outward and related documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP software or Tally will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily store activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
