Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in our real estate organization. The candidate will handle recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR administration for sales, site, and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Bulk hiring for Sales, CRM, Site Engineers, Civil Staff, Telecallers & Support Staff
- Conduct walk-in interviews and coordinate hiring drives
- Screening, shortlisting & onboarding of candidates
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for Sales, Site & Office staff
- Organize induction programs for new employees
- Plan and conduct skill development training (sales training, soft skills, product knowledge)
- Coordinate with external trainers when required
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
3. Employee Management
- Maintain employee files & HR MIS
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Warning, etc.)
- Conduct employee orientation
4. Performance & Engagement
- Support appraisal & KPI tracking
- Organize Reward & Recognition programs
- Handle employee grievances
- Plan team engagement activities
5. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity compliance
- Update HR policies as per real estate requirements
- Coordinate with Accounts for payroll compliance
6. Site HR Coordination
- Visit project sites when required
- Manage site staff attendance & documentation
- Maintain contractor workforce records
Required Skills
- Strong HR operations knowledge
- Training & Development planning skills
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction preferred
- Good communication & leadership ability
- Knowledge of labor laws & MS Excel
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR
2–4 years HR experience (Real Estate preferred)
Salary
As per company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
