Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented NEET / JEE Foundation Trainers to teach students from Grades 6 to 10. The trainer will be responsible for building strong conceptual understanding in Mathematics and Science, developing analytical thinking, and preparing students for future competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, Olympiads, NTSE, and other scholarship exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions for Foundation Program students.
- Teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Logical Reasoning as per the assigned subject.
- Build strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving abilities among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and question banks.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze student progress and provide personalized academic support.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Mentor students for Olympiads, NTSE, and future NEET/JEE preparation.
- Maintain academic records and submit progress reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development.
- Participate in parent meetings, academic reviews, and training programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in NEET/JEE Foundation, Olympiad, or competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
