Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Monitor work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage site materials, measurements, and material handling.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure efficient manpower utilization and smooth site operations.
- Independently handle assigned site execution activities.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of site execution experience in residential (high-rise/bungalow) and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, quality, and safety practices.
- Ability to independently manage construction sites.
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Candidates residing in Ahmedabad are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
