The Placement Officer is responsible for building strong industry relationships and creating placement opportunities for students. The role involves coordinating with companies, organizing placement activities, and supporting students throughout the placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and employers to generate placement opportunities.
- Establish placement collaborations and industry partnerships.
- Visit companies regularly to identify hiring requirements and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Communicate with employers regarding job openings and interview schedules.
- Guide students on placement procedures and interview preparation.
- Maintain placement records, company databases, and placement reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and student relations teams to ensure placement readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for company visits and placement activities.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
