We're looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer who can transform complex concepts into engaging, user-focused content across multiple industries. You'll create high-quality, research-driven content that simplifies technical topics for diverse audiences, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and subject matter experts to develop content that strengthens brand authority, improves search visibility, and supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, edit and optimise long-form and short-form content across digital channels
- Create blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, website copy, landing pages and thought leadership content
- Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, easy-to-understand narratives
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
- Create content briefs, maintain editorial calendars, and review existing content for performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor content, and evolving search algorithms, including AI search (GEO)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and B2B content creation, ideally for SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce or startups
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation, and familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows
Tools You'll Use
Google Analytics & Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Surfer SEO/Clearscope, Grammarly, WordPress/Webflow, Notion, Slack, and AI-assisted writing workflows.
