Role Summary
The Operation Associate will be the backbone of Zoodle Kid’s vendor ecosystem and
day-to-day operational continuity. This role involves end-to-end vendor lifecycle
management from identifying and onboarding new vendors to conducting quality
checks, maintaining active vendor relationships, and ensuring that all operations run
smoothly in coordination with the warehouse and business development teams.
The ideal candidate brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to operations, and
has experience managing multiple vendor accounts simultaneously while maintaining
high standards of quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Onboarding & Development:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; manage documentation, compliance, and
onboarding processes aligned with Zoodle Kid standards
2. Quality Control & Compliance:
Conduct regular QC checks, audits, and inspections; implement QC frameworks and
ensure adherence to product and safety standards
3. Vendor Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day vendor communication, performance reviews, negotiations, and
issue resolution to ensure consistent delivery
4. Operations & Supply Coordination:
Oversee procurement workflows, coordinate with warehouse for inventory and
dispatch, and ensure smooth operational execution
5. Reporting & Process Improvement:
Track vendor performance, maintain MIS reports, and continuously improve processes
for cost efficiency and scalability
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle and quality control processes
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; ERP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience in EdTech, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer goods
- Exposure to warehouse/inventory systems
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Tally, or similar
- Understanding of vendor compliance and sourcing practice
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
