Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Executive – Inside Sales to join our growing real estate team. This is a completely office-based role where you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining property options, scheduling site visits, and managing the complete sales process through regular follow-ups.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer relationship, or real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers over calls.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers and the Field Sales Team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
