We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive with good typing speed, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong English proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
- Verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Review and organize documents before data entry
- Maintain records of completed work and ensure proper filing
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Perform regular data quality checks and validations
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for data-related tasks
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of data management and documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
