Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated Inside Sales professionals who can convert company-generated leads into closures through outbound calling and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and close deals on pre-generated quality leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions
- Maintain sales pipeline and performance records using CRM
- Build strong client and channel partner relationships
