Job Summary
We Lifey Interiors, a 12+ years experienced Interior designing firm located in Trivandrum seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on our interior design projects. The role involves ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate activities of subcontractors, labourers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship and materials, addressing any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the progress and quality of work.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, attendance, and incident reports.
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skill.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in site supervision within the interior design or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior design principles.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to different project sites within Thiruvananthapuram.
