Key Responsibilities
* Lead field sales and business development activities to acquire new distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, and institutional clients.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and market exploration.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and growth.
* Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients on-site.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the polymer pipes industry.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Accounts) for timely order execution and delivery.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular field activity & sales reports.
* Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meets, and industry events.
Pay: ₹25,920.11 - ₹40,058.11 per month
