We are hiring for a leading Auto Parts Manufacturing MNC in Vadodara, seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of OE Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to OEM sales, business development, and customer relationship management within the automotive sector.
- Drive new business development for domestic OEM customers
- Identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities into business growth
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology mapping
- Generate and manage RFQs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Manage customer interactions for samples, prototype development, and PPAP submission
- Review LOIs and contracts, ensuring favorable business terms
- Track ongoing projects through regular customer visits and follow-ups
- Strong knowledge of gaskets, heat shields, and proprietary automotive components
- Experience across segments such as Passenger Cars, Tractors, Construction Equipment, EVs, and Power Gen
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and costing (preferred)
- Highly target-driven with strong business development acumen
- Build and maintain a strong RFQ pipeline with a 30% conversion rate
- Develop effective Go-To-Market strategies with risk assessment
- Strengthen existing OEM relationships while expanding new business
- Monitor industry trends and technology shifts in automotive components
