About the Role
DXB Care provides premium lifestyle and care services to clients globally. As a Lifestyle Manager, you'll be the single point of contact for a portfolio of VIP clients - anticipating needs, coordinating services across time zones, and delivering seamless, discreet support.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end lifestyle support for a portfolio of VIP clients.
- Handle travel, dining, events, wellness, gifting, and personal requests.
- Coordinate with global vendors and partners on the client's behalf.
- Anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems quietly.
- Be responsive across time zones and available for urgent requests.
What We're Looking For
- 1.5+ years in concierge, luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive/personal assistant roles.
- Strong network or working knowledge of global luxury services (travel, hospitality, wellness, events).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Impeccable discretion, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones with flexible hours.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages.
- Experience with CRM or concierge platforms.
- Existing relationships with premium vendors, venues, or agencies.
