Job description:
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist (B-Pharm & D-Pharm) With license is compulsory with 1 or 2 year experience to join our healthcare organization Cinco Medical Center, kurudimukk branch, Kozhikode Kerala .
- Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
- Manage medication storage, inventory, and distribution within the hospital.
- Provide patients with information about their medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and storage.
- Address patient concerns and questions regarding medications.
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals to assist in medication decisions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication therapy.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and protocols.
