Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Explain features, pricing, offers, and financing options for two-wheelers.
- Convert inquiries and leads into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling and delivery process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales conversion and customer engagement targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Pay: From ₹9,644.78 per month
