We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations at our 3‑star hotel in Kottayam.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including billing and payments
- Manage room bookings and reservations (phone, email, walk-in, and online)
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle front desk communications
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception/front desk area
- Handle cash/card transactions and prepare invoices
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum graduate or diploma (any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office preferred (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems / hotel PMS (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language (Malayalam)
- Pleasant personality and customer-service orientation
- Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions efficiently

Work Details
