Job Role: UKG integration architect
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, PAN India
Must Have:
- Strong experience with UKG integrations (UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions)
· Expertise in UKG APIs, Web Services, and Integration Hub
· Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound integrations
· Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based integr ations
· Experience with SFTP, encryption, and secure data transmission
· Solid understanding of integration security and authentication
· Ability to design scalable and reusable integration architectures
Good to Have:
- Experience integrating UKG with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or third-party vendors
· Exposure to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, or HCM integrations
· Experience with middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
· Knowledge of error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation processes
· Experience in AMS / post-production support models
· Strong client communication and documentation skills
