We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will own paid marketing across Meta, Google and other digital platforms, ensuring efficient acquisition of high-quality customers while maintaining the brands premium positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with hands-on campaign execution and a deep understanding of ecommerce growth metrics.
Location: St. Johns Road, near Commercial Street, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
Retargeting and remarketing channels
Align acquisition campaigns with product launches, gifting seasons and ecommerce promotions.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage end-to-end execution of paid marketing campaigns including.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion and cost efficiency.
3. Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional team to improve conversion across the customer journey.
Ensure campaigns drive profitable traffic and high-intent customers.
4. Data & Analytics
Track and report key performance metrics.
Use data insights to refine targeting and budget allocation.
Who Were Looking For :
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in D2C businesses preferred
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Analytics or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹17,865.08 - ₹73,749.06 per month
