Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (PMC) to supervise and monitor construction activities, ensure project quality, coordinate with contractors, and manage site execution. The candidate should have practical knowledge of JCB operations, earthwork, road works, excavation, and heavy equipment utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and PMC standards.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
- Monitor earthwork, excavation, embankment, grading, and road construction activities.
- Plan and supervise JCB operations for excavation, trenching, leveling, and material handling.
- Ensure optimum utilization of construction machinery and manpower.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Coordinate material planning and site logistics.
- Maintain project documentation, DPRs, and site records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in PMC, infrastructure, road, building, or industrial projects.
- Good knowledge of JCB operations and heavy construction equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and estimation.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
