- Attend inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
- Explain slimming, weight management, and wellness programs to prospective clients.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or clinic software.
- Coordinate with dietitians, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Provide information about packages, offers, and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Excellent spoken communication in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
