Technical Business Analyst - Data & AI Platforms-Immediate Joiner
Location: Pune (Work from Office)

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical engineering teams. In this role, you will translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for AI-driven applications, database-centric systems, and complex API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Engineering: Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, process flows, and business requirements.
- AI & Data Focus: Define functional and technical requirements for AI/ML features (e.g., RAG, LLM assistants, document intelligence, automation) and database-heavy workflows.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers and QA engineers to ensure precise implementation during Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement).
- Data & Integration Analysis: Prepare data mapping documents, business rules, and system/API integration requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct requirement workshops and collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams.
- Validation & QA: Coordinate with QA to build test scenarios, validate delivered software against acceptance criteria, and support UAT and production issue analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong documentation and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to Data Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience working with AI Agents, Generative AI, or automation solutions.
- Exposure to Energy, Utility, Finance or Billing systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
