Forsight Design Concept (FDC) is a Bengaluru-based interior design company known for crafting thoughtful, on-trend living and work spaces. With showrooms across the city, our team of designers and sales specialists works closely with clients to translate ideas into beautifully executed interiors, from concept and material selection through to final installation.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day installation and execution activities at client sites for our Whitefield showroom. You will be the on-ground point of contact ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to FDC's quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise on-site installation teams and contractors on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards
- Coordinate material and manpower schedules to keep projects on track
- Conduct daily site checks and maintain progress, quality, and safety records
- Flag deviations, delays, or quality issues to the Installation Manager promptly
- Ensure site safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed at all times
- Coordinate with vendors and the design team on last-mile fitment and finishing details
- Support snag-list closure and final handover walkthroughs with clients
- Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, material consumption, and site photographs
- REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Civil, Interior, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience supervising interior fit-out, furniture, or construction site execution
- Working knowledge of installation processes for modular interiors is preferred
- Willingness to travel between sites within the city as required
- SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong on-ground coordination and people-management skills
- Good eye for quality and finish, with attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and site plans

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
