We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for our range of water management solutions, including:
- Booster Pump Systems
- Hydropneumatic Pump Systems
- Cutter/Sewage Pumps
- Dewatering Pumps
- Transfer Pumps
- Pressure Boosting Solutions
- Related Pumping Systems for Buildings
The role will focus on the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Educational, and Institutional Building Segments across Tamil Nadu and neighboring markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through consultants, builders, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and developers.
- Promote and specify pumping solutions in residential and commercial building projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, channel partners, and end users.
- Track project pipelines and convert specifications into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with up to 5 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pumps, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, building services equipment, or project sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
