Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage travel arrangements including flight/train ticket booking, hotel reservations and visa processing.
2. Manage the front desk, visitors and incoming calls professionally.
3. Welcome guests and ensure a positive visitor experience.
4. Coordinate visitor meetings with internal departments.
5. Handle courier dispatches, records and bill verification.
6. Maintain stationery inventory and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements

Qualification - Graduate
Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in Front Office/Admin.
1. Knowledge of visa processing, travel desk operations, ticket & hotel booking is mandatory.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
