We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and closing sales for Tally software solutions and related services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Promote and sell Tally software licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and related services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful implementation and customer onboarding.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.

Target Expectations
- Generate a minimum of 10–15 qualified leads per month.
- Conduct 15–20 customer meetings/product demonstrations per month.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Consistently contribute to business growth and customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Software Sales, ERP Sales, or IT Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong customer focus.
