Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site activities for PEB / structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor site progress and report updates regularly
- Ensure proper use of materials and resources
- Maintain quality and safety standards at site
- Handle site measurements, inspections, and documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of work
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in construction / PEB / structural steel projects
- Basic knowledge of drawings and site execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PEB erection and fabrication supervision
- Knowledge of safety practices and site protocols
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting
