Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer (2D Designer) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in space planning, 2D drafting, client coordination, and project execution. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare space planning and 2D layouts for interior projects.
- Develop designs based on client requirements, concepts, and preferences.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments.
- Prepare furniture layouts and finalize soft furnishing selections.
- Create electrical drawings based on approved layouts.
- Obtain client approval for layouts and the Layout Item List (LIL) before proceeding with detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager for internal approvals before sharing designs with clients.
- Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer to develop project visualizations.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare final project estimations.
- Submit final production drawings to the factory.
- Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain project documentation and provide daily work progress updates.
- Ensure client satisfaction by obtaining project completion feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior designing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and soft furnishings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
