Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Trainee Gaming Technician to join our dynamic casino team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh IT graduates or candidates with a strong technical foundation who are eager to build a career in the gaming and entertainment industry. Full training will be provided to help you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic gaming machines
- Support troubleshooting activities related to hardware and software of gaming systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines are functioning efficiently and securely
- Respond to gaming floor technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, repairs, and technical incidents
- Coordinate with gaming machine vendors and customer support for warranty claims, troubleshooting guidance, and technical upgrades
Requirements
- Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Strong interest in hardware, networking, and gaming systems
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced casino environment, including shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Candidate must be based in North Goa

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
