JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our programs, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact and follow up with student leads provided by the company.
- Understand student requirements and career aspirations.
- Explain training programs, certification courses, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students regarding suitable programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with Operations and Student Success teams.
- Submit daily activity and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students.
ELIGIBILITY
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, Arts & Science graduates preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet usage.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Freshers:
₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
After Successful Confirmation:
Up to ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experienced Candidates:
Salary based on experience and interview performance.
